In order to realize the in-depth cooperation and symbiotic development between universities and primary schools, further improve the mechanism of teaching research integration, promoting sharing, sharing and collaborative cooperation, and effectively improve the quality of teachers' professional development, the Research Office of primary education of School of Educational Sciences of Xuzhou Institute of technology and Qingnian Road Primary School of Yunlong District of Xuzhou City jointly carried out teaching seminar activities from December 14th to 15th, 2020.
The theme of this teaching and research demonstration seminar is wisdom generation, stimulating classroom vitality. The teachers of Qingnian Road Primary School, Pan Xiaotang, Wu Yue and Ge Qing showed wonderful and vivid demonstration lessons. Zhou Yuhong, Huang Yuqing and Sun Xiaowen, the 17 grade primary school education interns in our school, completed the well prepared report class.
President Wang Xiaoqian of Qingnian Road Primary School, the host of Xuzhou teacher studio, and Mrs. Zhuang Yan, the internship instructor of School of Educational Sciences of Xuzhou Institute of technology, participated in the joint teaching seminar. Mrs. Zhuang Yan had an in-depth exchange and discussion with teachers and interns on the reform of curriculum education and the challenges of teachers' professional development. President Wang Xiaoqian shared her experience in exploring the generation mechanism of classroom wisdom and the way to stimulate classroom vitality, and summarized the joint teaching and research activities, fully affirming the effect of joint teaching and research. This activity organically combines teaching and research with educational practice, shows teachers' professional quality and teaching and research ability in the new era, and further promotes the construction of teaching and research community between our school and practice base.
教研融合：徐州工程学院教育科学学院-徐州市青年路小学联合教学研讨活动
为实现高校-小学深度合作与共生发展，进一步完善教研融合、共促共享、协同合作机制，切实提升教师专业发展品质，2020年12月14-15日，徐州工程学院教育科学学院小学教育教研室与徐州市云龙区青年路小学联合开展了教学研讨活动。
本次教研示范研讨活动，以“智慧生成，激发课堂活力”为主题。青年路小学的潘晓棠老师、吴玥老师、葛晴老师等展示了精彩生动的示范课。我院17级小学教育专业实习生周珏宏、黄雨晴、孙孝雯等完成了精心准备的汇报课。
徐州市名师工作室主持人青年路小学王小倩校长、徐州工程学院教育科学学院实习指导老师庄妍老师参加了本次联合教学研讨活动。庄妍老师就课程育人的方式变革、教师专业发展的挑战等问题与任课教师、实习生们进行了深入地交流与讨论。王小倩校长分享了自己在探索课堂智慧生成机制、课堂活力激发路径方面的经验心得，并对本次联合教研活动进行了总结，充分肯定了联合教研的效果。本次活动将学校教研与教育实践有机结合，展示了新时代教师应具备的专业素养和教研能力，进一步推进了我院与实践基地教研共同体的构建。
